She brings an extensive and diverse track record shaping strategic communications and engagement for international organisations, research institutions, and multistakeholder initiatives across Europe, North America, and Latin America.

Elena works at the intersection of communications, operations, and collaboration to build systems that help teams share knowledge and work more effectively. Operating fluently in English, French, and Spanish, her expertise lies in partnering with diverse governments, diplomatic actors, and academia to translate complex processes into accessible, practical tools that strengthen internal engagement.

Her multidisciplinary background combines international affairs, communications, and organisational development. She holds MAs from Universidad Metropolitana (Venezuela) and Université du Havre (France), advanced HR studies from the Université de Genève, and a BA in Literature from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela).
