Annabell Cox is a business development and partnerships professional, building the strategic and long-lasting relationships that sustain GESDA’s mission. She drives strategic partnerships, philanthropic funding, and sponsorships with corporates, foundations, and public-sector actors, while strengthening stakeholder engagement and communications to advance GESDA’s growth and long-term financial sustainability.

She began her career in hospitality before moving into partnership engagement, communications and marketing, working across the private and public sectors with organisations including Zurich Insurance Group, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, IMD, and the World Economic Forum. Over time her focus expanded to sustainability, reflecting a growing interest in how organisations create long-term value.

Annabell holds advanced qualifications in communications and marketing from IMD and the University of Lausanne (UNIL), and in sustainability from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She joined GESDA in January 2026.
