Susana Malcorra is the President and Co-Founder of GWL Voices. She served as Dean of the IE School of Global & Public Affairs in Spain. Ms. Malcorra was Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Argentina (2015–2017).

She was Chief of Staff to the UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon. Prior to these roles, she led the Department of Field Support (DFS) for Peacekeeping Operations, based in New York, as United Nations Under-Secretary-General.

In 2004, she joined the World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome as Under-Secretary-General and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Ms. Malcorra began her professional career at IBM Argentina and spent nearly twenty-five years in the private sector.

From January 1993 to 2002, she worked at Telecom Argentina, where she became Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
